Electronic modules produced in-house
NiniX Technologies manufactures its own branded automotive sensor modules following IATF 16949 certified processes. The same processes and quality standards are available for your products.
Our production includes specialised process steps such as automated potting with two-component polyurethane, which protects electronics against moisture, vibration and harsh environments.
From prototype to series production under one roof
Product development, machine building and production come together at NiniX. For pilot production, our own automation team builds the production equipment, so the manufacturing process is ready before your product is transferred to large-scale production.
Quality control and validation
Every module must perform reliably in its application. We validate products with HALT (highly accelerated life testing), climatic tests and pressure cooker tests, and verify each unit with end-of-line testing, including burn-in where required.
X-ray inspection and CT scanning allow us to inspect internal structures, such as solder joints, potting and cable connections, without damaging the product.
