About the Job

Start off with an internal training program, guided by Robbe (Watch out for the Rugbyman!). You'll receive training in machine safety and the opportunity to master your job hands-on. Initially, you'll often find yourself in our assembly workshop. Once you're trained, you'll gradually take ownership of your own projects. This means working independently as well as in team projects. These projects always kick off internally and inevitably end with champagne! Furthermore, your tasks include:

  • Electrical design (using WSCAD and/or E-plan)
  • Determining and ordering components
  • Hands-on work: panel building, wiring machines, I/O testing, adjustments, etc.
  • Monitoring projects
  • Connecting and integrating machines at the customer's site
  • Quickly moving on to the next project...

Who Are You?

  • Tech and electricity? Check!
  • Creative team player with an analytical mind? Check!
  • Hands-on attitude and desire for varied work? Check!
  • Affinity for electronics and project planning? Check!
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (electrical engineering, electromechanics, etc.)? Check!
  • Enthusiastic recent graduate? Be our guest!

Offer

In addition to a permanent contract, we offer a competitive gross salary. Furthermore, you can expect:

  • A project-oriented and educational job with plenty of challenges and training
  • Great colleagues, each passionate about technology
  • Extra-legal benefits such as group insurance
  • 12 additional leave days on top of statutory leave

And of course, you can rely on yourself. We will too! Because here, you determine your own responsibilities and daily schedule. That motivates, and we believe it will help grow the company.

Will you be growing with us soon?

Who Are We?

NiniX Technologies is a hands-on family business in Bruges, active in:

  • Precision machine building: detailed design, construction, testing, and delivery of industrial automation projects for various clients
  • Electronics product development, or more specifically: inventing, testing, and validating a design, and ultimately, producing electronics for challenging environments.

We proudly boast about our enthusiastic way of working together and don't just accept anyone, even though we're eager to expand our team! We work together for a successful project and hope that YOU will soon join us to strengthen it!

The Job

As a software engineer, you will be involved in automation projects from start to finish, where you will be responsible for software development. This applies to each new machine because we don't make the same thing twice. With a project-oriented approach, you will handle the design, implementation, setup in our workshop (where you will contribute hands-on to the installation), and final delivery to the customer including technical documentation. We mainly work with data acquisition, vision applications, robot applications, and more, encompassing mechatronics as a whole.

During these projects, you will naturally collaborate closely with mechanical and electrical engineers. Training is the new hiring, so we firmly believe in that.

Who Are You?

  • Passionate about PC or PLC-based automation? Yes Sir!
  • Strong analytical mindset? Naturally!
  • Hands-on mentality? Not when the voltages are high…
  • Affinity for electronics and project planning? Been there, done that!
  • Creative team player? That’s my middle name…
  • At least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field? Check!
  • Experienced veteran or enthusiastic recent graduate? Be our guest!

Offer

In addition to a permanent contract, we offer a competitive gross salary. Furthermore, you can expect:

  • A project-oriented and educational job with plenty of challenges and training
  • Great colleagues (there's proof!) who are all passionate about technology
  • Extra-legal benefits such as group insurance, etc...
  • 12 additional leave days on top of statutory leave

And of course, you can rely on yourself. We will too! Because here, you determine your own responsibilities and daily schedule. That motivates, and we believe it will help grow the company.

The Job

Our mechanical and electrical engineers come up with the craziest ideas, and one day those ideas need to be built. They love doing it themselves, but having some help would make it even more enjoyable. And that's the colleague we're looking for! Someone who enjoys starting in an empty space and gradually seeing a robotic machine come to life. This happens based on 3D drawings and a plan, but even more so based on collaboration with our developers because every machine we build is a unique piece.

On a typical workday, you'll mainly be involved in:

  • Gathering the necessary mechanical parts in collaboration with the warehouse keeper
  • Assembling (everything is done with bolts and nuts, no welding) mechanical parts
  • Installing pneumatic elements, motors, and robots
  • Occasionally assisting our electrician with wiring
  • Helping test the entire operation
  • Disassembling and reassembling at the customer's site
  • Meanwhile, keeping your personal "FACOM" cart and the rest of the workshop clean

Who Are You?

  • Diploma A2 Electromechanics / Industrial Maintenance Techniques
  • Work experience as a fitter, machine builder, or in maintenance is recommended but not necessary.
  • Affinity for machine building & a practical and hands-on mentality.
  • You're skilled in reading mechanical drawings and electrical diagrams.
  • Experience with turning, milling, and welding is not necessary but a plus.
  • You enjoy working both independently and in a small team.
  • You work very precisely and result-oriented.
  • You're flexible, resilient to stress, and have a positive attitude.

Offer

In addition to a permanent contract, we offer an attractive and comprehensive salary package. Furthermore, you can expect:

  • A project-oriented and educational job with plenty of challenges and training

About the Job

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to strengthen our fantastic team in the machine building sector. In this role, you will be responsible for seamlessly taking over projects from the sales process, developing detailed execution plans, and effectively organizing tasks within the team. You will closely monitor the execution of projects, manage associated budgets, and adjust as necessary to ensure our high level of completion.

Your role includes actively communicating project progress with the customer and managing any changes in the form of additional or reduced work. As a Senior Project Manager, you are a crucial link in delivering our machine building projects on time and are expected to demonstrate leadership, motivate team members, and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Who Are You?

  • You have extensive experience in the world of technical or technological projects, whether or not related to our sector.
  • You are an organizational genius (Churchill and von Bismarck undoubtedly look up to you...). You think ahead and can assess situations and adjust in a timely manner.
  • Communication is the key to success, and you possess the fantastic skill of using different keys where necessary.
  • Deciding to work with us is already a demonstration of decisiveness! A trait that you will undoubtedly also use within this job.
  • You can gather people (customers, suppliers, colleagues) around one goal. You may not necessarily pull the cart yourself, but you ensure it moves forward.
  • And sometimes you're completely stuck with a project. You find this exciting because it's where your creativity comes into play, and you still achieve results.

Offer

In addition to a permanent contract, we offer a competitive gross salary. Furthermore, you can expect:
